  Ordered apparently at closing time. Unaware of this I sat down to eat when after about 4 minutes the "Manager" looked at me and said "I'm gonna have to kick you out of here in about 5 minutes"
  That really pissed me off sense they were fine with taking my money then were rude about simply trying to eat in peace. The whole staff had a cranky attitude! I said I would not be back and the punk behind the counter shouted "Have a nice day!" I have owned award winning businesses and lived in Lakeway for over 26 years with several family members also living in the area. My entire family will never patronize that store. There are too many small business owners that appreciate our business and would never think of embarrassing a customer as they did.

  Long story short: Waited forty minutes for a sandwich that when I called to ask about they said the guy never closed the ticket and then they wanted to charge me for their mistake. The only reason I am giving them a two is they finally did agree to send me a sandwich for free otherwise it'd be a one.

  Staff was extremely rude and made me feel like I was a huge inconvenience to them. When I asked about a recommendation the guy at the counter said "I don't know" with an attitude and flat look, nothing else. I will not be returning.
